The thermostat you need is from any XP with the R motor It is not a bolt on , it's an inline style thermostat and you'll need to build a fitting from a few pipe pieces.

You need to cut the hoses and install, if I recall you'll need about 1 foot heater hose as the thermostat has a cold return line that's what the fittings are for Here are a couple of the pics from when I did mine , a close eye will show how it's plumbed and how I built the cold return fitting.
